In the rare occasion for any unexpected reasons I cannot fulfil your order then a full refund including any postage will be processed. 

NOTE:  Our prices are subject to change at any time, however this will not affect any purchases that have already be submitted and acknowledged.

I reserve the right to refuse & cancel any orders that are deemed offensive or have any inappropriate requests, wording, content or images.

For any direct to recipient until I have confirmed I can fulfil the request then there will be no contract between Dichantra & the purchaser.
