What is your environmental policy?
Looking after the world we inhabit & the welfare of all the creatures that we share this planet with is very important to me. I will try & use sustainable or recycled packaging, if practical to do so. I will balance this with ensuring the packaging is right to ensure your purchase reaches you in the best condition it can.
Can you post direct to my Receipient & not my home address?
Yes, I can post direct to the person you are buying the card or journal for. Contact me quoting your order number with the subject line Send Direct, give me the name & address of the person & the message you want added. Please allow a minimum of 5 working days.
What Forms of Payment do you accept?
I use Squarespace payments which offers a variety of Credit or Debit Card options. You can also pay by bank transfer, if you want this option please use my Personalisation page for more information.
Do you Personalise Cards & Journals?
I can offer a personalised option for some designs & a form is available when adding those products to checkout. For any bespoke requests, please contact me with your requirements & I will let you know if possible & send you a quote.
What happens if I am not happy with the quality of what I received?
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. My products are handcrafted & as such each item is unique & by this nature will have creative imperfections. but if you are not happy then please contact me so I can make this right
What new products do you have planned?
I will be updating my site frequently adding a variety of new products & will cover all popular holidays . I have kept the product range minimal for 2025, concentrating on cards but for 2026 I have so many ideas & coming soon will be kits & packs & a variety of different styles of journals & notebooks.
In 2026 I will be increasing my Sticker collection & adding sticky notepads.
