Looking after the world we inhabit & the welfare of all the creatures that we share this planet with is very important to me. I will try always try & use sustainable packaging where I can & will balance this with the best way to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition it can.

Can you post direct to my Receipient & not my home address?

Yes, I can post direct to the person you are buying the card or journal for. Contact me quoting your order number with the text Send Direct, give me the name & address of the person & any message you want added. Please allow a minimum of 5 working days.

What Forms of Payment do you accept? 

I use Squarespace payments which offers a variety of Credit or Debit Card options. You can also pay by bank transfer, if you want this option please use my Personalisation page for more information.

Do you Personalise Cards & Journals?

I can offer a personalised option which can be based on any of the designs in my shop where I can change colours, change sentiment & use your favourite colour combinations. Please contact me with your requirements & I will let you know if possible & the cost for the bespoke service

What happens if I am not happy with the quality of what I received?

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. My products are handcrafted & as such each item is unique & by this nature will have creative imperfections. but if you are not happy then please contact me so I can make this right

What new products do you have planned?

I will be updating my site frequently adding a variety of new products & will cover all popular holidays . I aim to offer kits & packs & a variety of different styles of journals & notebooks. I will be increasing my Sticker collection & adding sticky notepads.
